Gift Voucher Instructions

Instructions for use:

Scratch off the sticker on the front of your gift voucher to reveal a unique code.
Visit whitestarheritage.com/exhibitions to view all of the currently available White Star Heritage ‘Titanic Exhibition’ locations.
 
Select the date & time-slot of the exhibition that you wish to attend.
 
Select a ticket type. Click on the ‘Next’ button once the ticket type has been chosen.
 
On this confirmation screen, you should see a box to add in a code. Carefully type in the code from the front of this Gift Voucher and click on the ‘Use Discount Code’ button to apply it.
 
You should now be able to proceed through the rest of the ticketing process with the value of one Exhibition ticket discounted from the checkout fee.
 
Confirmation will be sent to your email address.

T&C’s:

More than one ticket can be booked during the redeeming code process, for example, if the current holder of the gift card will be visiting with additional party members and would prefer to book multiple tickets simultaneously. However, the Gift Voucher code is limited to redeeming the value of one single exhibition ticket, and any additionally selected tickets must be purchased during the ‘checkout’ stage of the process.

The gift voucher code will not work on redeeming group tickets, and no discount will apply. It is redeemable against a single-entry ticket only.

The gift voucher code is to be redeemed for a standard entry Exhibition ticket, and is not valid for any special events, ‘Lecture’ passes, etc.

Once the code has been utilised to book a ticket, the Gift Voucher is voided & cannot be used again.

White Star Heritage reserves the right to alter the Titanic Exhibition’s schedule of dates & locations, and should your chosen date or timeslot for visiting the exhibition be affected by any changes made you will be given the opportunity to rebook a new date without charge. If any scheduling alterations happen, you will be notified.


Failure on the guests’ part to attend the chosen date or time-slot will not result in a new Gift Voucher being generated. Please be certain of your availability when redeeming the Gift Voucher against a selected time-slot & date.

The gift voucher can only be used to book an event ticket online, and not for any other purpose; this includes catering or other services found at the Exhibition venue, purchases from the White Star Heritage gift shop, or any online purchases made at www.TitanicMerch.com

Should there be any issues with redeeming the code on the ticket, please contact tickets@whitestarheritage.com, stating the code & any additional information you are able to provide; such as the name of the person who originally purchased the Gift Voucher and/or the date it was purchased on, etc. Providing as much contextual information as possible will better help us to assist you.
